I designed and moderated a three day conference on future agricultural systems with over 100 experts. The event was the kickoff for a programm by the German ministry of Research and Education.
Together with a team of ten coaches, we ran participants through energetic working sessions on requirements, visions and research needs for future agriculture.
Interesting methodological experiment: Simultaneous clustering of data points with 100 people on all four walls of a large conference room. It works.
