I designed and facilitated an innovation process for a German bank to create a new checking account experience. The project included:
1. An intense scoping workshop to harvest existing hypotheses and survey the competitor landscape.
2. More than ten in-depth interviews with students and young people about their finances.
3. A three day innovation sprint with an interdisciplinary team including two feedback loops on campus.
4. The result were three prototypes that build on what we identified as turning points in a German student’s life: Moving out, going abroad, moving in.
