I designed and facilitated an eight day train the trainer program for internal “Design Thinking Champions” at a luxury fashion company.
The participants, joining from departments like HR, supply chain, product management went through a two part training program:
Part I (3 days):
Design Thinking basics, understanding process, mindset, methods
–> independent project work phase and coaching opportunity
Part II (5 days):
Deep dive into methods, facilitating projects and workshops, kicking off individual innovation projects
This program was particularly successful because it was co-coaches with an internal expert and because it was from the very beginning connected to demanding project work that was officially part of the curriculum.
